Terms of Engagement

1. Subsidiary Attribution

Xentharyl Studios is an operating software development brand and subsidiary of Interlinked Technologies. All intellectual material, gaming environments, soundscapes, dynamic styling engines, logos, and custom codebases are the exclusive property of Interlinked Technologies.

2. APK Distribution and Testing License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install compiled APK builds for evaluation and beta-testing purposes. You explicitly agree:

• Not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any binary asset.
• Not to distribute or re-host compiled APK packages outside of this official portal.
• Not to use software exploits or automation scripts during alpha/beta environments.
• To report performance discrepancies and security flaws exclusively to Studio operators.

3. Disclaimer of Telemetry Liability

Early builds (Alpha/Beta/In Development status) are supplied "as is" and "as available." They are experimental by design and may contain coding discrepancies that trigger system exceptions. The Studio and parent corporation Interlinked Technologies accept zero liability for device interruptions, data resets, or diagnostic deviations.

4. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, under Interlinked Technologies' direct supervision, to restrict, deactivate, or completely block access to our distribution portals, beta testing channels, or APK download links for any user found to violate security protocols.
