Privacy Protocol

1. Diagnostic Telemetry & Hardware Logs

When installing and executing experimental testing applications (including APK setups), our diagnostic software compiles technical telemetry to verify game stabilization and engine performance across varied hardware sets. This includes:

• Hardware Profiles: GPU configurations, CPU thread capabilities, random access memory thresholds, and device models (e.g. tablet or smartphone types).
• Operating Metrics: Operating system versions, API support parameters, screen resolutions, and battery thermal levels.
• Performance Diagnostics: Framerate frequency, frame-drop counts, graphics execution exceptions, thread locks, and system crash dumps.
• Peripheral Bindings: Input methods, touch-rate registers, and controller/input mappings.

This hardware telemetry is used exclusively to debug game logic and optimize overall gameplay performance. We do not correlate hardware logs with personal credentials for tracking purposes.

2. Personal Identifiers and Application Data

To facilitate secure administrative access, platform authentications, and closed beta applications, we collect necessary user credentials when explicitly provided:

• Identity Details: Full name, platform nicknames, or testing identity handlers.
• Communication Vectors: Email addresses used for distribution of APK release keys, access authentication tokens, and development notices.
• User Submissions: Interactive answers, device specifications, and survey results provided during signup procedures.

3. Firebase Secure Infrastructure

Our core server infrastructure and database layer are deployed on the highly secure, globally audited **Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Firebase** architecture. This ensures that all gathered parameters are secured by advanced encryption models.

• Firebase Authentication: Manages identity registers, credential checks, and security hashes, ensuring that user passwords and authorization tokens are highly encrypted and completely unreadable by studio developers.
• Firestore Database: Stores product details and closed beta signup submissions under strict security rules that prohibit unauthenticated reads or cross-database scripting.
• Firebase Cloud Storage: Manages compiled APK binaries and product media assets, utilizing secure server-side keys to prevent unauthorized directory sweeps.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Commercial Protection

WE HAVE A STRICT NO-COMMERCIAL-SHARING RULE:

Xentharyl Studios does not lease, sell, distribute, trade, or share user telemetry or personal contact credentials with third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or programmatic brokers under any circumstance. All data stays entirely within our secure, encrypted Firebase framework and is processed solely by our internal core development group to improve your gaming and app experience.

5. GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA Compliance

No matter which country or territory you are accessing our nodes from, we aim to provide comprehensive rights over your data.

• Right of Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten): You have the absolute right to request the total, permanent destruction of your credentials, beta submissions, or testing data from our active records.
• Right of Access & Modification: You may request an export of all credentials we hold for you, or ask for the immediate correction of inaccurate profile data.
• Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA/GDPR Kids): Our services are not aimed at children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal credentials from a child under 13, we will purge those files immediately.

6. Policy Amendments
