Privacy Protocol
LAST MODIFIED: MAY 21, 2026 | SUB-NODE REFERENCE: SECURE-PRIVACY-101
At Xentharyl Studios (referred to as "we," "our," or "the Studio"), a division of Interlinked Technologies, we treat data security as a core element of application engineering. This Privacy Protocol outlines how we secure, process, and evaluate device specifications and user profiles when you interact with our products and join beta distribution packages.
1. Telemetry & Hardware Logs
When you join our Beta programs or install compiled APK packages, our systems log diagnostic information to improve hardware performance. This telemetry may include:
- Device brand and design models (e.g. CPU, GPU configurations)
- Operating system variants and version variables
- Framerate metrics, graphics exceptions, and thread-crash dumps
- Input device specifications (e.g. controller or sensory bindings)
2. Personal Identification Records
For beta signups and dashboard authorizations, we securely log standard credentials:
- Name and identity indicators
- Email addresses for notification vectors and APK access tokens
- Personal hardware specifications and beta program responses
3. Firebase Systems Integration
Our infrastructure uses robust systems provided by Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) to store data:
- Firebase Auth: Secures administrative portals and manages security keys.
- Firestore: Houses product details and secure beta signup submissions.
- Firebase Storage: Stores and secures downloadable APK binaries.
4. Data Retention and Control
You retain absolute authority over your stored parameters. You may request the modification or complete removal of your beta application at any time by contacting our system coordinators at sec-ops@interlinked.tech.
