Xentharyl Studios currently distributes all diagnostic builds, games, tools, and application nodes free of charge. No payment processing systems are engaged at this node, and zero credentials for credit cards or billing vectors are collected.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms of any digital software, interactive licenses, subscriptions, or assets provided by Xentharyl Studios(referred to as "we," "our," or "the Studio"). Since all current systems operate under a zero-cost model, refund queries are currently not applicable. However, this document outlines the core transactional frameworks that will immediately apply should paid premium tiers, commercial tools, or subscriptions be introduced.
1. Current Free Operations
Because all software packages (such as Ascend APK testing configurations) and digital experiences are currently distributed as free evaluations, no transactions are recorded. There are no credit balances, subscription logs, or paid transactions to process, reverse, or cancel.
2. Future Transactional Framework
In the event that the Studio integrates paid software modules, subscription plans, expansion modules, or in-app asset downloads, the following refund rules will automatically govern those acquisitions:
- Unintentional duplicate billing transactions caused by gateway processing errors.
- Accidental purchase of identical licenses within a short period (under 24 hours).
- Critical technical defects or rendering locks in the software that prevent execution, provided that our technical support unit has been unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of report.
- Substantial gameplay execution or software usage logged on the user's account.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms, app stores, or external mirrors (which are governed strictly by those platforms' respective policies).
- Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Engagement (e.g. cheating, reverse-engineering, or telemetry injection).
- General personal changes of mind, hardware changes post-purchase, or duplicate accounts.
3. Subscription Cancellation Protocols
Should recurring billing structures (subscriptions) be activated in the future, you may terminate the subscription contract at any time. The following rules govern cancellations:
- Self-Service Termination: Subscriptions can be canceled directly through your account dashboard or transaction portal with no cancellation penalties.
- Billing Cycle Terms: Upon cancellation, your premium access credentials will remain active until the end of the current, pre-paid billing cycle. The contract will terminate at that point, and no further automated renewals will take place.
- Pro-Rata Disclaimers: We do not offer pro-rata refunds or partial credits for unused days within an active billing period.
4. Processing Timelines
Once a refund claim is evaluated and officially approved by our transaction auditing department, the refund command is transmitted to the origin payment gateway. Please note that it typically requires **5 to 10 business days** for the credit to appear on your original payment source, depending on the rules of your financial institution or credit card provider.
5. Legal Disclosures & Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits, modifies, waives, or overrides any mandatory consumer protection rights guaranteed under the applicable laws and statutes of your country or state of residence. In jurisdictions that enforce mandatory digital return periods, our system will automatically apply those statutory timelines.
